Claude Code skills for marketers
You don't have to write code to get value from Claude Code skills. A skill is just a SKILL.md file of instructions that tells the agent how to do one marketing job the same good way every time. No more re-pasting your "write it like this" prompt. Below are free marketing and content skills from the Skillvize catalog, what each one produces, and how to install them.
Copy and positioning
Landing Page Copy Engine Generates a full landing page from one product description. It finds the core promise (the outcome, not the feature), writes five headline variants across different angles and picks the strongest, handles the top three objections, then assembles the headline, subhead, three benefit bullets, an objection block, and a single CTA.
Value Proposition Builder Turns a fuzzy product description into one clear statement: who it's for, the problem it solves, and why it beats the status quo.
Outreach and email
Cold Email Machine Researches a company, finds the angle, and writes a cold email that reads like you did your homework.
Newsletter Subject-Line Lab Ten subject-line options for one piece of content across proven angles, scored, with the two worth A/B testing.
Follow-up Sequence Writer A short, polite follow-up sequence where each message adds a new reason to reply instead of just "bumping this."
Content and social
LinkedIn Post Engine Turns one rough idea into a post: a sharper take, five hook options, a tight body, and a closing question that invites comments.
Blog Outline Builder A working title, the angle, section headers with talking points, and the one takeaway each reader should leave with.
Research
Competitor Teardown Maps a competitor's positioning and pricing, separates fixable complaints from structural weaknesses, and names the openings they leave you.
Deep Research Brief Breaks a question into sub-questions, lists findings with confidence levels and the strongest counterargument, and ends with a bottom line.
Source Credibility Check Pressure-tests a stat or claim before it goes into your deck: who said it, what backs it, what's missing.
How to install a skill (no coding needed)
- Open the skill's page on Skillvize and click Download skill.
- Put the folder in
~/.claude/skills/to use it in every project, or in.claude/skills/inside one project folder. - In Claude Code, ask for the task in plain words ("write landing page copy for…"), or type
/and pick the skill by name.
The same folders also work in Cursor (.cursor/skills/) and other tools that support the Agent Skills standard. New to the format? Read what a SKILL.md file is.
A tip for agencies
Install the same skills for the whole team by committing them to a shared project's .claude/skills/ folder. Everyone's landing pages and outreach then follow the same structure.
